Home: a short film
It was a long week and I was starting to grow frustrated and creatively depraved. To quell my woes, I ended up taking a walk just outside my apartment to get some fresh air and let me relax by firing of the shutter a few times.
The wind was furiously roaring as I made it to an adjacent grain field. I had it in my mind that I wanted to film a video, I just wasn't quite sure what I wanted to do exactly. I just started filming with my trusty iPhone 5S, literally being held together with masking tape.
I experimented with a few angles and got a few photos in the bag with the Canon. About 15 minutes later, I headed back inside and started to edit. It took several hours once I got the hang of Splice, the linear-style editor for iOS, of which I ended up using a sound clip for the soundtrack.
